Le Gin de Christian Drouin (750ml) | France

For three generations, the Drouin family has crafted exceptional Calvados in the Pays d'Auge, striving to express the full complexity of Normandy’s cider apple varieties.

Designed by Guillaume Drouin following the art of blending fine eaux-de-vie, this artisanal Gin is produced by distilling Normandy ciders in small pot stills, alongside the separate distillation of juniper and seven other botanicals typical of the Calvados tradition. Each botanical is distilled individually before being carefully blended in a unique proportion for a limited batch of 2,850 bottles.

The rose and lemon bring delicate finesse, while ginger, vanilla, cinnamon, and almond add a smooth, spicy body to the Gin. Cardamom enhances its roundness and fruitiness. Juniper and apple complement each other, balancing rich and bright notes, spicy and crisp.
