Chateau Massereau - "Cuvee K" Bordeaux 2011 (750ml)

50's old school text book Bordeaux, these are made to travel through time. The cuvée K is only released when ready to drink & is the flagship of the domaine. Spontaneous fermentation in concrete vat, then aged in new barrels (white toasting, in order to let the wine breath without having any oak flavor) and bottled unfined & unfiltered.
