Domaine Sulauze - "Pomponette" Coteux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé 2025 (750ml)

60% Grenache, 15% Cinsault, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre, 5% Vermentino

Vineyards are certified organic and farmed biodynamically. Grapes are hand harvested.

Fermented 20 days in temperature controlled tanks with indigenous yeast. Very low doses of SO2 are added and the wine is bottled in March without filtration.
