Justin Dutraive - "Plan B" Beaujolais 2023 (750ml)

Soil: Argilo-calcaire soils as are typical of the southern part of Beaujolais.

Viticulture: No herbicides or pesticides, organically farmed, soils are worked, all fruit is hand-harvested.

Vinification: No de-stemming, and a short maceration to accentuate the fruit.

Aging: 10 months in concrete tanks before bottling.

Production: Very limited
