Optimist - Saint-Chinian 2021 (750ml)

Shiny dark robe, powerful nose of red and black fruits. Spicy, round and full-bodied in the mouth with roasted aromas with soft and supple tannins. Aged in vats for 12 months.

Saint-Chinian - Terroir of limestone and Chalky clay, Altitude 200/300m, southerly exposure. Rigorous grape selection and manual harvesting.Traditional maceration of 10 days for Grenache and 20 days for Syrah.
